Refund/Cancellation Policy for Heart to Heart HR Consulting

1. HR Consultancy Services:

a. Consulting Services:

 Bookings that require to be rescheduled or cancelled must be done so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, excluding weekends (Monday Appointments will require notice by Friday at the latest) either via phone or online (emailing / text messages are not accepted). A £50 cancellation fee will apply if under 24 hours notice is given. A 100% of the consultation fee applies for no-shows. If cancellation occurs on more than one occasion, We may request a £50 non-refundable deposit for the next booking made.

 

b. Workshops and Training Programs:

 

- Refunds for workshop or training program fees will be granted if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the same day of the scheduled date.

 

2. Paid Events (Online Tickets):

 

a. Event Registration:

- Registration for paid events is considered complete only upon successful payment.

- Once registered, participants may request a refund up to 48 hours before the event.

 

b. Refund Requests:

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to sandrine.mualaw@hearttohearthrconsulting.com within the specified refund period.

- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 days from the date of the refund request.

 

c. No-shows and Late Arrivals:

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals at events.

- Participants are responsible for joining online events promptly as scheduled.

 

3. Event Cancellations by Heart to Heart HR Consulting:

 

a. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance or if a minimum number of participants is not met, Heart to Heart HR Consulting reserves the right to cancel an event.

b. If an event is cancelled by Heart to Heart HR Consulting, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

 

4. Policy Updates:

a. Heart to Heart HR Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this refund/cancellation policy at any time.

b. Updated policies will be communicated to clients and participants via email or on the company's website.

Please note By engaging the services of Heart to Heart HR Consulting and purchasing online tickets for events, clients and participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Refund/Cancellation Policy.  we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method
