The new employee will be able to understand the importance of their role and how it fits into the bigger picture of the organization. Another critical component of our induction training will be onboarding the new employee on the company's work policies and procedures. Explaining the company's policies and procedures such as code of conduct, leave policies, performance management practices, etc., is essential to ensure that the new employee can understand what is expected of them at work. Finally, we will ensure the new employee receive job-specific training. This will provide them with knowledge and skills to perform their role to the best of their abilities. Cancellation Policy
Bookings that require to be rescheduled or cancelled must be done so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, excluding weekends (Monday Appointments will require notice by Friday at the latest) either via phone or online (emailing / text messages are not accepted). A £50 cancellation fee will apply if under 24 hours notice is given. A 100% of the consultation fee applies for no-shows. If cancellation occurs on more than one occasion, We may request a £50 non-refundable deposit for the next booking made.
